For the second time this year, the IP Fabric team jetted to Las Vegas for another exciting conference. After the rip-roaring success that was Cisco Live 2023 back in June, this time up the team were in town for VMWare Explore 2023 at the Venetian Resort from August 21st - 24th.
VMWare Explore is a conference that presents a great opportunity to dive into the fascinating world of multi-cloud, make new connections, get some hands-on training and meet some of the most innovative thought leaders on all things cloud related. All things that we at IP Fabric simply couldn't pass on!
Representing team IP Fabric at booth 225 was a stellar cast - Senior Enterprise Account Executives Edwin Osei Tutu and Michael Brown, and nascent Vegas veteran, Solutions Architect Dan Kelcher.
The guys spent the vast majority of their time engaging with other like-minded techies in conversations about a wide range of topics around the multi-cloud and networking. Here's what Edwin had to say about his experience at VMWare:
"VMWare Explore was great for us as we had the chance to connect with a lot of infrastructure and cloud professionals, as well as with some vendors that we could do great things with. When speaking with these professionals, I gathered that they either have no, or little visibility into their network. The two biggest topics that came up when discussing IP Fabric were the self-service nature of the platform, and our end-to-end path capabilities" - Edwin Osei Tutu
If these conversations are anything to go by, then the future seems bright for IP Fabric in the multi-cloud!
The conference offered more than just a chance to meet new people and spread the word on Network Assurance, however. With lots of interesting speakers present at the event, ranging from NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang, to former NFL wide receiver AND NASA astronaut Leland Melvin (quite the resume), Michael, Edwin and Dan had lots of opportunities to gather new and interesting perspectives.
When enjoying some well-earned downtime at the end of each day, the conference was a great opportunity for Michael, Edwin and Dan to take in the bright lights and unique atmosphere that you can only find in Las Vegas!
This wasn't the last time that the IP Fabric team will be taking to the skies this year. In fact, we've still got a lot of air miles to rack up in the near future:
10th - 12th October - We'll be saying Guten Tag to the world of Network Security from booth no. 7-144 at the it-sa Expo & Congress in Nuremberg, Germany!
24th - 25th October - We're proud to be a sponsor for the 2023 edition of ONUG Fall - Building the Enterprise Cloud. We'll be in New York City for all of the exciting discussions around powering the journey of the enterprise cloud to new heights! We'll also be hosting a talk at ONUG, so you definitely won't want to miss out on this one!
6th - 9th November - VMWare Explore Round Two kicks off in Barcelona! Our Europe-based team will have their turn at exploring and making new connections in the multi-cloud world.
There's plenty of opportunities to catch IP Fabric out in the wild over the next few months. If you can't make it to any of the events listed above, you can still learn all about how IP Fabric works for yourself through our free, self-guided demo, which you can access here.
