Your personal data well be accessible only to our employees, processors of personal data and other controllers whom we might engage during provision of our services. Access to your personal data is limited to the functions and the extent necessary so that we can achieve the following purposes.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to us, in some cases, the personal data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this website (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by us. The Group companies have entered into a joint controllership agreement with each other, through which they have agreed their respective shares of responsibility for compliance with the obligations under the Regulation, in particular with regard to the settlement of data subjects' rights, as follows:
