What can be your impact?
As our Business Development Specialist, you’ll be a part of a new, ambitious four-person team, reporting directly to the BDM Team Lead, Dario Taveri.
The aim of this position is about sales opportunities generation for UK/I across the whole business development journey.
From prospecting, qualifying contacts and leads till identification of the needs our product can solve and presenting its business value to potential customers.
Our business development team plays a key role in supporting the channel sales and account managers to grow our customers portfolio and reach our sales goals and numbers.
What your day can look like with us?
You will generate a target number of accepted opportunities by assessing the client’s need and handing the opportunity over to the Sales team member.
You will ensure that hand-off goals are met and converted to opportunities as per the expected rate on a monthly and quarterly basis.
You will perform prospecting and outbound activities (cold calling, email outreaches, social media awareness support, presentations etc.)
You will assimilate product and market knowledge to be able to develop and effectively communicate our product value to the prospective customers.
You will track and maintain all the relevant information in our CRM database.

You are natural seller and networker with 1+ years of business experience in demand/lead generation role in (preferably) IT field.
You are native/fluent English speaker with excellent presentation and communication skills.
You are focused on results achievements, backed in numbers and you are consistent in your effort.
You are fast learner, with good understanding of the sales process and business opportunities generation.
You have got excellent time management and organization skills with ability to prioritize.
